Absolutely. COD is available on all orders nationwide with a small Rs. 50 handling fee. Our team confirms every order by WhatsApp or call before dispatch.
Delivery is free on orders over Rs. 2,000. Below that, we charge a flat Rs. 199 anywhere in Pakistan.

Yes. You'll receive a tracking number by SMS and WhatsApp as soon as your parcel is booked. You can also track it on our Track Order page.
You can return unopened products within 7 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, opened lip, eye and liquid face products cannot be returned. Full details on the Returns & Refunds page.
Refunds on COD orders are sent to your JazzCash, EasyPaisa or bank account within 5–7 working days of us receiving the returned parcel.
