Return Window
You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, unopened and in original packaging with all seals intact.
Eligible Items
- Wrong product received
- Damaged or leaking product on arrival
- Expired or near-expiry product
- Manufacturing defect
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned once opened:
- Lipsticks, lip gloss and lip balms
- Mascara, eyeliner and kajal
- Foundation, concealer and any liquid face makeup
- Beauty sponges and applicators
- Items purchased on Flash Deals or clearance sale
Refund Timeline
- COD orders: refunded within 5–7 working days.
- Card / online payments: refunded within 7–10 working days.
- Store credit (optional): issued instantly at 110% of the paid amount.
Exchanges
Prefer a different shade or product? We offer free one-time exchange on eligible items — you only pay the price difference (if any). Contact us within the 7-day window.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled free of charge before dispatch.
